TD Mobile Pay" is owned by Trust Dominion (TD Bank). I worked on cloud payment solutions which makes it easier and faster for merchants to make payments through the cloud.
Key issues included AODA non-compliance on Cart and Catalog pages, poor font scaling, inadequate screen-reader messaging, an Edit Item dialog that shifted upward and hid critical buttons, inconsistent interaction states (especially between Edit Item and Quick Sale flows), and duplicated “Quantity” fields.
Through four iterations, we shipped a final design that resolved these problems. We ensured buttons remain visible when the keyboard appears, introduced clearer typography with room and controls for larger text, reorganized cart information with improved vertical alignment, clarified interaction states, removed duplicated fields, and added a dedicated Quick Sale page with clear edit affordances.
The result was a more accessible, consistent, and test-ready experience for TD’s merchant users.
